1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada, who has reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she is residing at the time of entry into the Contest. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household of such persons, including common law partners) of ConAgra Foods, Inc., (“the Sponsor”), Coca-Cola Ltd and Coca-Cola Bottling, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., LG Electronics, their affiliates (including without limitation parent, sister and subsidiary companies), agents, advertising or promotional agencies, suppliers of Prizes, and the independent contest organization are not eligible to enter the Contest.
2. The Orville Redenbacher’s “Pop & Win” Instant Win Promotion (the “Contest”) commences 12:00:00 AM (ET) on September 14, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 31, 2010 (the “Promotional Period”). To participate, look for specially marked boxes of Orville Redenbacher’s popcorn at participating retail stores in Canada, while supplies last. Inside each specially marked box of Orville Redenbacher’s popcorn, each individual package contains a “heat to reveal” sticker. Each “heat to reveal” sticker provides you with a chance to instantly win a prize. To see if you are an Instant Winner, follow the microwave popping instructions carefully. Once the popcorn has popped, look at the “heat to reveal” sticker to see if an Instant Winning message appears as follows:  “Eligible to Win a X (a stated Instant Win Prize)” (the “Winning Message”). (See Rule 4 for How to Claim your Instant Win prize and Rule 5 for Instant Win Prize details). Write down the PIN under the “Eligible to Win” message as you will require this PIN to claim your prize. DO NOT THROW OUT THE BAG AND GAME CARD – THIS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS. If the message has disappeared; (i) let the bag cool; (ii) empty bag; (iii) heat the empty bag an additional 10 seconds on “high”. Caution – empty bag will be hot while removing from microwave, grip from end tabs. heat to reveal stickers can only be reheated twice after the original popping process. If you received a “Sorry” message, we regret you are not an eligible Winner. Please try again by popping another bag.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To request a “heat to reveal” sticker without purchase and while supplies last, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Orville Pop & Win no purchase request, P.O. Box 302, Dept. 283, Oakville, ON L6J 5A2. Limit one (1) request per household per day will be accepted. Each mail-in request must be mailed in a separate envelope, bearing sufficient prepaid postage. Requests must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on July 31, 2010 to allow for sufficient processing time.
4. HOW TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE: You will require the PIN to claim the prize. This can be found on a Winning “heat to reveal” sticker. If you received an “Eligible to Win a X (a stated Instant Win Prize)”, visit www.orvillepopandwin.ca. Select your preferred language.
1. Select “Claim a Prize” and (i) complete with the claim form with: your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number including area code, date of birth and e-mail address; (ii) correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise; (iii) enter the PIN found on your “heat to reveal” sticker; (iv) select the optional opt-in box, if you wish to receive future communications by e-mail from the Sponsor; (v) read and accept the Official Rules; (vi) enter the numbers found under the “security question” and (vii) select “Submit”.
2. Upon receipt the PIN and the answer to the mathematical skill-testing question will be verified. If both are correct, you will receive a “Congratulations you are a Winner” message. If one or both are incorrect or invalid you will receive a message; advising that the PIN does not match the list of winning PIN numbers or has already been used and/or that the answer to the mathematical skill-testing questions is incorrect. If your answer to the mathematical skill-testing question is incorrect the PIN will be disqualified and you will not be eligible to win the stated prize. DO NOT THROW OUT THE BAG AND GAME CARD – THIS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS  
5. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: A total of 1,020,000 Instant Win Prizes are available to be won during the Promotional Period. Total approximate retail value of all of the Instant Win Prizes is $7,878,739.00 CDN.

LG Home Theatre package: Each package consists of a 55” LCD TV model #55LHX and a Home Theater system model #HB954PA.
Each Scooby-Doo® DVD prize pack: Each prize pack consists of “The Best of The New Scooby-Doo Movies”, which includes 4 DVD’s. There will be 4,500 English DVD's and 500 French DVD's available on a first come first serve basis.
2L Bottle of Franta®: Each winner will be sent by mail a 2L Fanta® product coupon which can be redeemed for a FREE bottle of 2L Fanta® at a participating retail store in Canada. Coupons must be redeemed by October 31, 2010.
Music download: Each winner will be sent an e-mail after receiving the “Congratulations” webpage. The e-mail will contain a link to a website where the winner can download any single song with a value of $1.00 CDN. There will be forty (40) songs to choose from. Music download must be claimed by October 31, 2010.

Any unclaimed Instant Win Prize after 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 31, 2010 (the “Contest Closing Date”) will not be awarded. As Instant Win Prizes are redeemed, the number of Instant Win Prizes available will be reduced accordingly. The approximate retail value of each Instant Win Prize is that stated by the supplier of the Instant Win Prize thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Contest.  Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale, and have no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Prize or a component of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value without liability.

6. RELEASE FORM:
1. Eligible entrant of either LG Home Theater package or the $10,000 CDN must complete and return the Sponsor’s Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability and Publicity Release Form (the “Form”) including returning their Eligible Instant Win prize sticker. By completing and returning the Form and “heat to reveal” sticker, and accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules, acknowledges that the Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution; acknowledges that the Instant Win Prize is not transferable, for resale, or convertible to cash; releases the Sponsor, Coca-Cola Ltd and Coca-Cola Bottling, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., LG Electronics, and their respective affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Instant Win Prize; and consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province/territory), and/or photograph, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest unless prohibited by law. The Form and “heat to reveal” sticker must be returned within the time period specified on the Form or the Prize will be forfeited. Upon receipt and verification of the Form and “heat to reveal” sticker the Sponsor or a designated agent will deliver the Prize within ninety (90) days to the address as indicated on the claim form.
2. Winners of Scooby-Doo® DVD prize pack; 2L Fanta® or music download, by accepting the Instant Win Prize, confirm compliance with the Official Rules; agree to accept the Instant Win Prize as awarded, without substitution; acknowledge that the Instant Win Prize is not transferable, for resale, or convertible to cash; releases the Sponsor, Coca-Cola Ltd and Coca-Cola Bottling, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., LG Electronics, and their respective affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the awarding and use of the Instant Win Prize; and consent to the use of their name, address (city and province/territory), and/or photograph, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest unless prohibited by law. Winners of a music download will be sent a music download PIN to the e-mail address provided on the claim form. Scooby-Doo® DVD prize pack and 2L Fanta® prizes will be mailed to each respective winner within forty-five (45) days days of receiving their Congratulations message. Note: Do not throw out your game card as you may be requested to provide your game card prior to being sent your prize.
7. LIMIT OF NUMBER OF ENTRIES: A person may only use a PIN once. A person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in the Contest. Limit of ten (10) prize claims PIN's can be submitted on any given day. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc) does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete entries, which will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned. If for any reason a person attempts to enter a PIN that has already been claimed the person who entered the PIN first shall be deemed the Winner of the prize.
8. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Contest, entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent contest organization, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
9. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
10. GENERAL: The Sponsor and the independent contest organization do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for: (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; (ii) entries which fail to comply with the Official Rules; (iii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by the awarded Prize or the Contest itself; (iv) any failure of the website during the Promotional Period, including any problems, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed, garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines, or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail; or on-line entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material in the Contest, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest; or (v) any other matter whatsoever. Entry material/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
11. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, (i) the laws of the Province of Québec and construed in accordance with the Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws applicable therein in respect of residents of the Province of Québec, and (ii) the laws of the Province of Ontario and construed in accordance with the Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws applicable therein in respect of residents of the other Canadian provinces and territories, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. In the event, due to production and/or programming error, that more than the advertised numbers of Instant Win Prizes are claimed, the Sponsor shall cease to award the Instant Win Prizes and there will be a random draw on September 9, 2010 at 2:00 PM (ET) in Oakville, ON amongst all eligible Instant Win Prize claimants from the time that the awarding of Prizes was ceased to award the correct number of Instant Win Prizes after the Contest Closing Date. In no event will the Sponsor be responsible or liable for more than the stated number of Instant Win Prizes in Rule #5.
13. The Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, to terminate or suspend this Contest or to amend the Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, to cancel the Contest and conduct the draw from all previously eligible entries received by the date of cancellation.
14. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest in Québec may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
